Aenza S.A.A., originally established in 1933 as Graña y Montero S.A.A. before adopting its current name in November 2020, operates across several key sectors: Infrastructure, Energy, Engineering and Construction, and Real Estate management. Headquartered in Surquillo, Peru, the company extends its operations to Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. Within its Infrastructure division, Aenza manages long-term concessions and similar contractual agreements primarily in Peru. This encompasses the operation of three toll roads, the Lima Metro system, a significant wastewater treatment facility in Lima, four active oil fields, five multi-fuel storage depots, and a gas processing plant. Additionally, this segment provides ongoing operation and maintenance services for various infrastructure assets. The Engineering and Construction segment delivers a comprehensive suite of services. This ranges from fundamental engineering disciplines like structural, civil, and design engineering, to advanced specialties such as architectural planning, process design, simulation, and environmental consulting. Its construction capabilities cover major civil works, including hydroelectric power stations and large-scale infrastructure; electromechanical projects like concentrator plants, oil and natural gas pipelines, and transmission networks; and building construction for office and residential complexes, hotels, affordable housing, shopping centers, and industrial facilities. The segment further offers procurement services, industrial plant maintenance, and construction equipment rental, serving diverse sectors including mining, power, oil and gas, transportation, real estate, and broader infrastructure. Finally, Aenza's Real Estate segment is dedicated to the development and sale of residential properties, as well as commercial and office spaces.
