About PlayAGS, Inc.

PlayAGS, Inc. is a company that specializes in the creation and provision of casino gaming equipment and related services, operating both within the United States and internationally. Its business activities are segmented into three distinct divisions: Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), Table Products, and Interactive Games. The EGM segment is responsible for developing a diverse array of video slot titles for the market, alongside a range of gaming cabinets. These cabinets include models such as the Orion Starwall, Orion Curve Premium, Big Red, Orion Portrait, Orion Slant, Orion Curve, Orion Upright, and ICON. This division also furnishes conversion kits, enabling the adaptation of existing game titles to other offerings on the same operating platform. It caters to a broad client base, encompassing Class II and Class III Native American gaming establishments, commercial casinos, charitable gaming venues, and the Mexican market. The Table Products segment delivers comprehensive solutions for live casino tables. This includes traditional felt games, optional side wagers, progressive jackpot systems, automated card shufflers, display signage, and other supplementary table game apparatus. It provides technological innovations for popular table games like blackjack, poker, baccarat, craps, and roulette, notably featuring the Dex S, a dedicated single-deck card shuffler engineered for poker tables. Notable brands within this division include In Bet, Buster Blackjack, Double Draw Poker, and Criss Cross Poker. The Interactive segment comprises two main offerings: a business-to-business (B2B) content aggregation platform, which serves partners in the real-money gaming and sports betting sectors, and business-to-consumer (B2C) social casino experiences accessible via its "Lucky Play Casino" mobile application. Initially incorporated in 2005 as AP Gaming Holdco, Inc., the corporation adopted its current name, PlayAGS, Inc., in December 2017. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Las Vegas, Nevada.
