American Lithium Minerals, Inc. (ALML) is a U.S.-based enterprise dedicated to the exploration for lithium and rare earth minerals. Its diverse portfolio of properties includes the Stonewall Flat Lithium project, which covers an estimated 1,250 acres within Nevada's Lida Valley Basin on Stonewall Playa. The company also controls the Kingman Rare Earth project, comprising two distinct sites: the Kingman Feldspar Mine and the Mineral X property. Additional holdings consist of the Silver Peak Lithium prospect, a claystone lithium deposit made up of 24 lode mining claims in Esmeralda County, and the West End Lithium property, similarly featuring 24 lode mining claims in Nye County, Nevada. Originally established in 2005, the firm adopted its current name in March 2009, having previously operated as Nugget Resources Inc. American Lithium Minerals, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
