Beyond these, ATS delivers contract manufacturing services, after-sales support, and specialized engineering expertise covering prototyping, process verification, specification writing, software and manufacturing process controls development, standard automation products/platforms, equipment design and build, third-party equipment qualification, procurement and integration, system installation, product line commissioning, validation, and documentation. They also provide value engineering, supply chain management, and comprehensive integration and manufacturing capabilities. A significant part of their offering includes advanced software and digital solutions, notably connected factory floor management systems. These systems are designed to capture, analyze, and leverage real-time machine performance data to diagnose issues, enhance processes and products, prevent operational downtime, boost efficiency, and ultimately drive sustainable production improvements. ATS serves a diverse range of industries, including life sciences, transportation and mobility, consumer products, food and beverage, electronics, nuclear, packaging, warehousing and distribution, and energy sectors.
