The Full Service Center-Based Child Care segment delivers core child care provisions, alongside early childhood education, preschool programs, and elementary schooling. Through its Back-Up Care segment, the company provides flexible solutions for temporary or emergency care needs. This includes center-based back-up child care, in-home assistance for children or adult/elder dependents, dedicated school-age camps, remote tutoring, and reimbursed self-sourced care options. These services are facilitated through Bright Horizons' network of child care facilities, school-age campuses, and a pool of in-home caregivers. The Educational Advisory and Other Services segment focuses on academic and professional development. It administers tuition assistance and student loan repayment programs, offers workforce education initiatives, provides associated educational consulting, and guides individuals through the college admissions process. As of December 31, 2021, Bright Horizons oversaw 1,014 child care and early education centers spanning multiple countries, including the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, and India.
