About Cascades Inc.

Cascades Inc. is a Canadian-based enterprise engaged in the manufacturing, transformation, and distribution of a wide array of packaging solutions and paper-based hygiene products across North America. The company's operations are strategically divided into three core segments: Containerboard, Specialty Products, and Tissue Papers. Its Containerboard division is responsible for producing raw containerboards and subsequently converting them into corrugated packaging. The Specialty Products segment offers a diverse portfolio, including uncoated recycled paperboards used by converters and industrial clients for items such as headers, wrappers, and protective partitions. This segment also provides honeycomb paperboards for the beverage industry (beer, wine, spirits), laminated paperboards for food packaging and furniture backing, alongside specialized containers, structural components, and advanced paperboard and fiber composite materials. Furthermore, it manufactures egg filler flats and cartons for poultry processors, four-cup carriers for quick-service restaurants, polystyrene foam trays for food processors and retailers, rigid plastic packaging for various food industry applications, and flexible films tailored for frozen foods, bakeries, and ice production. Under its Tissue Papers segment, Cascades offers an extensive range of paper hygiene products, including bath and facial tissues, paper towels, and napkins. These are marketed through professional lines such as Cascades PRO Signature, Perform, Select, Tandem, and Tuff-Job, as well as popular consumer brands like Cascades Fluff, Cascades Tuff, and Satin Soft, in addition to private label and other secondary marks. Beyond its product offerings, the company also delivers comprehensive services for the recovery and processing of discarded materials, serving municipal, industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Cascades distributes its products via its dedicated in-house sales force and a network of external representatives. Founded in 1964, Cascades Inc. is headquartered in Kingsey Falls, Canada.
