Chino Commercial Bancorp serves as the holding company for Chino Commercial Bank, N.A., which provides a diverse array of commercial banking services. Its primary clientele consists of individuals and small businesses, mainly operating within Southern California's Inland Empire region. The bank offers various deposit options, including non-interest-bearing accounts, money market accounts, standard checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and individual retirement accounts (IRAs). In terms of financing, it extends numerous commercial loan products such as lines of credit, letters of credit, term loans, equipment loans, and commercial real estate financing. Additionally, it supports businesses with accounts receivable funding, factoring, equipment leasing, and other working capital solutions. For individual customers, the bank offers auto loans, home equity and home improvement lines of credit, and personal lines of credit. Its comprehensive real estate lending portfolio includes construction loans, lot loans, and home mortgages. It also encompasses specialized commercial real estate financing, such as mini-perm loans and conduit sales, as well as services related to residential real estate brokerage. Beyond its core banking and lending activities, Chino Commercial Bank provides a suite of additional services: credit and debit cards, cashier's checks, courier service, direct deposit, remote deposit capture, e-statements, electronic tax payments, night depository, notary services, safe deposit boxes, savings bonds, wire transfers, stop payment services, and comprehensive cash management solutions.
