About DCP Midstream, LP

DCP Midstream, LP, including its subsidiaries, is an energy company specializing in the ownership, operation, acquisition, and development of midstream energy assets throughout the United States. The company's activities are structured into two primary operational segments: Logistics and Marketing, and Gathering and Processing. The Logistics and Marketing division manages the transportation, trading, marketing, and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs), alongside the fractionation of NGLs. Concurrently, the Gathering and Processing division is responsible for collecting, compressing, treating, and processing natural gas. This segment also handles the production and fractionation of NGLs and the recovery of condensate. DCP Midstream operates a significant infrastructure, including approximately 35 natural gas processing plants. Its client base consists of petrochemical and refining companies, as well as retail propane distributors. Established in 2005 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the company was formerly known as DCP Midstream Partners, LP, officially changing to its current name in January 2017.
