About VelocityShares Short LIBOR ETN

This investment product is designed to track the performance of the Janus Velocity Short LIBOR Index. The Short LIBOR Index itself endeavors to mimic the daily returns one would experience from a theoretical short sale of the composite forward LIBOR rate, essentially treating this rate as a tradable asset. It achieves this by maintaining a notional long position in Eurodollar futures contracts, which are meticulously rebalanced on a daily basis. This recalibration ensures that the fund's return for the upcoming Index Business Day closely approximates the inverse percentage change of the composite forward LIBOR rate for that same period, while also operating under the constraint of a specific short LIBOR floor.
