Fortem Resources Inc. specializes in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and natural gas properties across Canada and the United States. The company maintains full ownership of the Godin property, which encompasses approximately 12,800 acres in Northern Alberta's Godin area. Additionally, it holds a 75% stake in two significant Utah assets: the Black Dragon property, covering 150,178 acres within the Moenkopi formation in Carbon and Emery Counties, and the Rolling Rock Property, spanning 130,942 acres in the Mancos formation of the Southern Uinta Basin. Beyond its hydrocarbon ventures, Fortem Resources also possesses sole ownership of the City of Gold mineral mining project located in Myanmar. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Calgary, Canada, the company was initially known as Strongbow Resources Inc. before rebranding as Fortem Resources Inc. in March 2017. Unfortunately, after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on October 5, 2021, its voluntary petition for reorganization was subsequently converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation on February 2, 2022.
