HMPL-523, a spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is designed to treat hematological cancers and specific chronic immune conditions, while HMPL-689 targets the isoform PI3Kd (phosphoinositide 3'-kinase delta). Additional compounds in development include Tazemetostat, an EZH2 inhibitor indicated for specific epithelioid sarcoma and follicular lymphoma patients; HMPL-306, an inhibitor showing promise for hematological malignancies, gliomas, and solid tumors; HMPL-760, which functions as a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor; and HMPL-453, an inhibitor aimed at intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The pipeline also features HMPL-295 for solid tumors, HMPL-653 for metastatic solid tumors and tenosynovial giant cell tumors, alongside Epitinib (HMPL-813) and Theliatinib (HMPL-309), both of which act as inhibitors. HUTCHMED maintains strategic collaboration agreements with a number of partners, including AstraZeneca AB (publ), Lilly (Shanghai) Management Company Limited, BeiGene, Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Innovent Biologics Co., Inc., Genor Biopharma Co. Ltd., Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co. Ltd., and Epizyme, Inc. The entity, established in 2000 and headquartered in Central, Hong Kong, was previously identified as Hutchison China MediTech Limited before officially adopting its current name, HUTCHMED (China) Limited, in May 2021.
