About iShares iBonds 2023 Term High Yield and Income ETF

This fund commits at least 80% of its total assets to the specific securities included in its reference index. Moreover, a minimum of 90% of its investments will be directed towards fixed-income instruments of the same categories found within that index. The underlying index itself comprises taxable, U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds. These bonds carry a high yield or BBB (or equivalent) credit rating and are scheduled to mature between January 1, 2023, and December 15, 2023, without exception.
