This candidate is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials, evaluating its efficacy for patients diagnosed with relapsed or refractory B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). In addition to its lead program, IGM Biosciences maintains an active pipeline of other IgM antibodies. IGM-8444, an IgM antibody, is presently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials for solid cancers. Another therapy in development, IGM-7354, is an anti-PD-L1 IgM antibody targeting both solid and hematologic malignancies. The company is also progressing IGM-2644, a bispecific T cell engaging IgM antibody designed to target CD38 and CD3 proteins, intended for individuals with multiple myeloma. Furthermore, IGM-2537, another bispecific T cell engaging IgM antibody, aims to target CD123 and CD3 proteins for potential use in acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. IGM Biosciences has a strategic collaboration and licensing arrangement with Genzyme Corporation. This partnership encompasses the generation, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of IgM antibodies. The company, initially founded in 1993 as Palingen, Inc., changed its name to IGM Biosciences, Inc. in 2010. Its corporate headquarters are located in Mountain View, California.
