The Invesco International Developed Dynamic Multifactor ETF (IMFL) is structured to track the performance of the FTSE Developed ex US Invesco Dynamic Multifactor Index. This underlying index incorporates a flexible combination of factor exposures, sourced from companies within the broader FTSE Developed ex US Index. Invesco's proprietary Regime Model dictates the weighting given to each factor, adapting based on prevailing economic conditions and market dynamics. For comprehensive information, please refer to the fund's prospectus. This content is provided purely for illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the suitability of any investment strategy. Factor investing, which involves selecting securities based on particular attributes that may influence returns, potentially carries the risk of underperforming market-capitalization-weighted benchmarks and could elevate overall portfolio risk.
