JAMCO Corporation, founded in 1949 and headquartered in Tachikawa, Japan, specializes in the production and supply of aircraft interiors, seating solutions, and various critical components. The company's extensive range of interior products encompasses galleys, bar counters, and advanced lavatory systems equipped with modern features like touch-less faucets, bidet systems, integrated mirrors and lighting, and touch-less flush switches. JAMCO also furnishes aircraft with specialized galley inserts such as steam ovens, along with flight deck linings, consoles, storage units, and both passenger seats and their associated consoles. Beyond interiors, JAMCO manufactures essential aircraft components, including heat exchangers and chassis for electronic equipment. Their aerospace component division also produces diverse engine parts, such as cooling manifolds, engine pipes, turbine shrouds, and outer transition liners, as well as structural elements like stringers and stiffeners for vertical tails. JAMCO extends its expertise to a comprehensive suite of maintenance and specialized technical services. It provides full aircraft maintenance for small aircraft, helicopters, and regional planes. Additionally, the company offers upkeep for various aircraft accessories, including system components, rescue hoists, wheels and brakes, high-pressure gas cylinders, emergency evacuation slides, cabin equipment, and atmospheric observation equipment. Its specialized technical services include nondestructive testing, precision welding, composite manufacturing, and advanced laser machining. Historically, the company operated as New Japan Aircraft Maintenance Co., Ltd. before officially rebranding to JAMCO Corporation in June 1988.
