About Janus Henderson Small-Mid Cap Value Fund

This fund aims to achieve its investment goals by allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed capital for investment) to common stocks of small and mid-sized companies. These are defined as companies whose market capitalization is less than the 12-month average of the maximum market capitalization of firms listed in the Russell 2500 Value Index. Furthermore, if market conditions are deemed unfavorable by the portfolio managers, or if they are unable to identify compelling investment prospects, the fund may hold a larger proportion of its assets in cash or similar liquid investments.
