In its restaurant segment, MINT operated approximately 2,389 outlets across 23 countries. This network features popular chains like The Pizza Company, The Coffee Club, Bonchon, Swensen's, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, and Burger King. The company's retail division is responsible for distributing fashion and lifestyle products from brands such as Charles & Keith, Esprit, and Zwilling J.A. Henckels, through about 386 points of sale, complemented by online shopping and contract manufacturing services. Beyond these core segments, MINT is involved in a broad spectrum of other ventures. These include shopping mall management, spa operations, supply chain logistics, property investment and development, the operation of a business school, and the manufacturing and sale of cheese and ice cream, among others. Established in 1978, the company transitioned its name from Royal Garden Resorts Plc. to Minor International Public Company Limited in 2005.
