Further supporting its core business, it owns and manages buildings, operates chain restaurants, conducts flour milling and blending, and provides transportation, management consulting, and various technical services, in addition to supplying packaging materials and fertilizers. Established in 1990 as PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, the company rebranded to its current name, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, in 1994. It is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, and functions as a subsidiary of First Pacific Investment Management Limited.
