The company's primary focus lies in the ownership and non-scheduled operation (tramp shipping) of dry bulk carriers across international waters. Its operations encompass vessel chartering, direct ship ownership, and broad marine logistical services. The fleet is primarily tasked with conveying a variety of bulk commodities, such as cement, agricultural produce, steel products, fertilizers, mineral ores and concentrates, coal, and timber. As of December 31, 2021, Precious Shipping managed a fleet of 36 dry bulk vessels, providing a combined capacity of 1,585,805 deadweight tons. This extensive fleet was composed of 9 Supramax, 8 Ultramax, and 19 Handysize ships, with four of the Handysize vessels specifically outfitted as cement carriers.
