Reliance Infrastructure Limited, a prominent infrastructure company based in India, is actively involved in the entire power value chain, encompassing the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity to a diverse customer base, including residential, industrial, and commercial clients. Its operations are structured across three primary divisions: Power; Engineering and Construction (E&C); and Infrastructure. Within the Power segment, the company operates several power generation facilities: a 220 MW combined cycle power plant at Samalkot, a 48 MW combined cycle plant at Mormugao, a 165 MW combined cycle facility in Kochi, and a 9.39 MW wind farm situated in Chitradurga. This segment is also responsible for power distribution services in Delhi, manages transmission networks within Himachal Pradesh, and engages in power trading. The Engineering and Construction (E&C) division delivers specialized services covering construction, erection, commissioning, and contracting projects. Its Infrastructure arm focuses on the development, management, and upkeep of vital public assets such as toll roads, metropolitan rail transit systems, and airports. Beyond its core infrastructure work, Reliance Infrastructure is involved in energy exploration and production. This includes the exploration and extraction of resources from four coal bed methane blocks spanning 3,266 square kilometers across Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Rajasthan, as well as an oil and gas block covering 3,619 square kilometers in Mizoram. The company also undertakes rehabilitation and upgrade projects for National Highway 66. Furthermore, its diversified portfolio extends to the manufacturing of cement and defense systems, the construction of smart city initiatives, and the development of real estate and urban transportation networks. Established in 1929, Reliance Infrastructure Limited maintains its corporate headquarters in Mumbai, India.
