Beyond its marketed product, Junshi Biosciences maintains a comprehensive pipeline of investigational therapies. These include UBP1211, a biosimilar of Humira, slated for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and psoriasis. Also under development are JS002, a recombinant humanized anti-PCSK9 monoclonal antibody targeting hyperlipidemia, and UBP1213, an injectable recombinant humanized anti-BLyS monoclonal antibody. Additional development candidates feature JS501, a biosimilar of Avastin; JS003, an injectable recombinant humanized anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody; JS101, a pan-CDK inhibitor; TAB004/JS004, an injectable recombinant humanized anti-BTLA monoclonal antibody; and JS005, an injectable recombinant humanized anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody. The company has established significant collaborations, including an agreement with Eli Lilly and Company to co-develop therapeutic antibodies for the potential prevention and treatment of COVID-19, the illness caused by the SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus. Furthermore, it has partnered with Coherus Biosciences, Inc. for the development and commercialization of toripalimab, which is Junshi Biosciences' proprietary anti-PD-1 antibody.
