About Simclar, Inc.

Simclar, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an outsourced manufacturer specializing in electronic and electromechanical components and products, with operations spanning the United States and Mexico. The company manufactures custom-engineered goods, including intricate printed circuit boards (PCBs), complete end-products, modular subassemblies, various molded and unmolded cable assemblies, wire harnesses, injection-molded items, and electronic assembly units. Their PCB production encompasses pin-through-hole, low to medium volume surface mount technology (SMT) assemblies, and diverse mixed-technology PCBs, notably multilayer designs. Similarly, their cable and harness offerings include multiconductor, ribbon, coaxial, and discrete wire configurations. Beyond individual components, Simclar provides extensive contract manufacturing services. This involves the production of entire finished systems, integrating elements such as sheet metal, power supplies, cooling fans, and PCBs. They also supply specific sub-assemblies – like speaker, lock-key, and diode assemblies – for seamless integration into the final products of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Furthermore, Simclar offers refurbishment and repair services, which involve the redesign, modification, restoration, and mending of existing materials and subassemblies. The company also extends its capabilities to sheet metal fabrication and specialized backplane interconnect solutions. All products are built precisely to client specifications, primarily serving OEMs in sectors such as data processing, telecommunications, instrumentation, and food preparation equipment. Established in 1976 and headquartered in Hialeah, Florida, the company was initially known as Techdyne, Inc. before officially changing its name to Simclar, Inc. in September 2003. Simclar, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Simclar Group Limited.
