SJVN Limited, alongside its subsidiaries, is engaged in the generation and sale of electricity across India, Nepal, and Bhutan. The company manages the 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station, located in Shimla district, Himachal Pradesh, India, and the 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station, which is situated in Kullu District, Himachal Pradesh. Its operational assets also encompass the 47.6 MW Khirvire Wind Power Project in Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra, the 50 MW Sadla Wind Power Project in Surendranagar district, Gujarat, and the 5.6 MW Charanka Solar Power Plant in Patan district, Gujarat. Additionally, SJVN oversees an 86 km, 400 kV cross-border transmission line extending from Muzaffarpur to Sursand. Furthermore, the firm offers expert consultancy for hydroelectric developments, as well as highway and railway tunnel projects.
