About Sears Canada Inc.

Sears Canada Inc. functions as a multifaceted retail entity across Canada. Its traditional department stores present a broad assortment of goods. These encompass clothing for women, men, and children, alongside items such as nursery supplies, beauty products, jewelry, shoes, and fashion accessories. Customers can also find home decor, furniture and bedding, outdoor and gardening equipment, tools, recreational items, seasonal merchandise, toys, floor cleaning devices, sewing machines, and a diverse range of household appliances. Beyond these, Sears Canada maintains specialized retail formats. Its 'Home' stores focus on furniture, mattresses, and major appliances. These include home-centric offerings like carpet and duct cleaning, the setup and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, custom window treatments, and the fitting of windows and doors, alongside installation for other products bought in its stores. Further provisions covered logistics management, product servicing, travel arrangements, home renovation assistance, insurance, licensing programs, and telecommunication services, including wireless and long-distance plans. Moreover, Sears Canada managed optical clinics and photography studios, and facilitated purchases through both its traditional mail-order catalogue and its online platform.
