It also specializes in products like buyers' credit, structured trade finance, Singapore Dollar (SGD) bonds, syndicated loans, and merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory. UOB facilitates international transactions and trade through services such as foreign exchange (forex), documentary collections, credit facilities, and bank guarantees, alongside export and import finance. Its robust transactional banking includes current and time deposit accounts, inward and outward remittances, and both spot and forward foreign exchange dealings. Furthermore, the bank provides sophisticated trade finance capabilities, encompassing letter of credit advising, negotiation, and discounting, as well as import and export services like inward/outward bill collection and documents against acceptance/payment.
